Private Health rebates are available for the following funds; Bupa, Police Health Fund, Emergency Services Health, Phoenix Health, St Lukes Health, GMHBA and CUA Health (telehealth only), Teachers Union Health, AIA and Westfund.
For non-NDIS clients, half of the session fee is charged at the time of booking via the client management system (Halaxy) and the remaining balance is automatically processed by Halaxy at the end of the appointment.
If you have a current NDIS plan that is either self or plan managed with approved funding for ‘Improved Daily Living', you can use this to access Counselling services (item: 15_043_0128_1_3). NDIS clients will be invoiced after the session and will not be charged when booking an appointment.
